As the event is on private property, no camping by event attendees is permitted.

Gawler Hospital is the closest for emergency medical attention.

Held on private property in the Southern Barossa, near Lyndoch at Barossa Helicopters.

Barossa Helicopters will be in operation until 4 pm on the day of the event. If you wish to take a flight, book via their website: www.barossahelicopters.com.au. Flight bookings made for the day of the Rodeo can receive a 10% discount using code DASH4CASH when booking.

‘Dash 4 Cash Incorporated’ is a not-for-profit association organising rodeo events and barrel races.

Security will be patrolling the event throughout. Please be respectful, they are doing their job.

If you are in doubt of transmitting a communicable disease, please do not enter the venue.

Whilst we understand we cannot stop the use of mobile phones and social media, we do respectfully ask that you do not post any images that are incriminating to the event organisers, competitors, or other spectators.

If you are a professional photographer wishing to take images for re-sale, please contact the event organisers prior to the event.
