GATES OPEN: 12 NOON
RODEO ACTION: 2pm – Grand Entry, followed by Junior Rodeo Events
KIDS ACTIVITIES: 4-5 pm
OPEN RODEO EVENTS: 5 pm (approx.)
LIVE MUSIC: on stage on completion of main arena events – 9:30 pm.

🍔 Food – A variety of delicious food trucks will be available.

🥤 Beverages – Non-alcoholic options include soft drinks and bottled water. For those who enjoy a drink, beer, wine, and spirits (local where possible) will be available.

Tickets & Entry

Are there tickets at the gate?
🚫 No, all tickets must be purchased online through our official website and Eventbrite platform.
🎟️ Tickets are non-refundable but transferable.

Camping

🚫 As the event is held on private property, camping is NOT permitted for event attendees.

Photography Policy

📸 Photography & Social Media

We understand that mobile phone photography and social media sharing are common, but we ask that you do not post images that could be incriminating to the event organisers, competitors, or spectators.
If you are a professional photographer wishing to take photos for resale, please contact the event organisers prior to the event.

Safety & Emergency Services

⛑️ Accident or Incident?

First Aid responders and a veterinarian will be onsite throughout the event.

Nearest Hospital: Gawler Hospital (for emergency medical attention).

What to Bring & What NOT to Bring

✔️ Deck chair or picnic blanket

🚫 You CANNOT Bring:
❌ No BYO Alcohol or Food – This is a licensed event supporting local sporting clubs.
❌ No Glass – For safety reasons.
❌ No Dogs – Please leave your furry friends at home.
