Are there tickets at the gate?
🚫 No, all tickets must be purchased online through our official website and Eventbrite platform.
🎟️ Tickets are non-refundable but transferable.

Food & Drinks

🍔 Food – A variety of delicious food trucks will be available.
🥤 Beverages – Non-alcoholic options include soft drinks and bottled water. For those who enjoy a drink, beer, wine, and spirits (local where possible) will be available.
🛍️ Market Stalls – A selection of stalls with something for everyone.

Camping

🚫 As the event is held on private property, camping is NOT permitted for event attendees.

Safety & Emergency Services

⛑️ Accident or Incident?

  • First Aid responders and a veterinarian will be onsite throughout the event.
  • Nearest Hospital: Gawler Hospital (for emergency medical attention).

What to Bring & What NOT to Bring

🚫 You CANNOT Bring:
❌ No BYO Alcohol or Food – This is a licensed event supporting local sporting clubs.
❌ No Glass – For safety reasons.
